Shipping & Returns

Thank you for choosing to shop with FRAMED online.

At FRAMED opticians, we want your purchase to reach you in perfect condition. Every care will be taken to ensure this happens. All packages will be sent by traceable means, and so will need to be signed for upon delivery.

In order to return any item, you must first obtain a refund authorisation number from us by emailing a returns request to orders@framed-online.com

If you return any item without this code, or don't request the code within the strict 7 day time period, you right to a refund will not be applicable.

FRAMED opticians take great care with our products, and we take a huge amount of pride in our work. For this reason, we do not accept returns which are not in perfect condition, so please take great care when packing you item for return, as damaged products will not be refunded. Please also use a traceable method of delivery for your return as we are not responsible for lost items.
